General Return Terms

  1. We accept refund or replacement requests only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. Returns for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong purchase) are generally not accepted due to international shipping constraints.

Time Limit

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to report any problem.

Claims made after this period may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Required Proof

To initiate a claim, please provide:

Clear description of the issue

Order number

Photos or videos showing the defect/damage

Return Shipping

Returns must be authorized by our customer service before sending. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost or offer full refund without return.

For non-quality-related returns (if exceptionally accepted), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Shipping fees and transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
